Performance Characteristics of Weighing-Type Filling Machine

This machine controls the filling volume based on the self-flow weighing principle. During filling, a signal is given by the weighing sensor, and the opening time of the filling valve is controlled by the programmable controller PLC. The materials in the bin flow into the container to be filled by themselves under pressure. 

2. The filling section of this machine consists of fast filling, medium filling and slow filling. The slow filling uses the filling auxiliary material. At the beginning of the filling process, all the filling valves are opened for fast filling; when the filling reaches the fast feeding value, the filling valves are closed to the medium filling position and medium filling is carried out; when the filling reaches the medium feeding value, the filling valves are closed and the slow filling valve is opened to supply the auxiliary material for filling until the target weight is reached. 

3. This machine is equipped with a specially designed leak-proof device inside the filling feed pipe, which effectively prevents the occurrence of wire drawing or dripping when filling viscous liquids.
